Jones Lang Lasalle (JLL) is a professional services firm headquartered in Chicago, IL, USA, that specializes in real estate and investment management. Prologis is the first logistics real estate company to issue a green bond. ProLogis science-based target for GHG reduction is to reduce absolute scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions 21% by 2025, and 56% by 2040 from a 2016 base-year. Prologis also commits to reduce absolute scope 3 GHG emissions 15% by 2025 and 40% by 2040 from a 2016 base-year. The Prologis Community Workforce Initiative addresses customers’ labor needs by providing logistics career training and job placement opportunities, with a focus on creating job pipelines in underserved communities to the logistics industry.

Hannon Armstrong Sustainable Infrastructure (HASI) Capital is a sustainable infrastructure investment company headquartered in Annapolis, MD, USA. American Tower Corporation is a real estate investment trust that owns, operates, and develops wireless and broadcast communications infrastructure in several countries worldwide and is headquartered in Boston, MA, USA. American Tower leases antennae sites on multi-tenant towers for a diverse range of wireless communications industries, including personal communications services, paging, and cellular. Equinix has committed to a goal of 100% clean and renewable energy across their global operations. In 2018, 90% of Equinix's global energy use was met by renewable energy sources, and the company achieved a 71% reduction in its market-based carbon footprint since 2015. In 2018 Equinix's employee commitment and satisfaction levels were above industry average at 85% (compared to 73% benchmark), and Equinix expanded its parental leave policy from 1 week to 8 weeks of paid time off for U.S.-based employees. Equinix ranked #4 on the U.S. EPA’s National Top 100 list of green power users in 2019.

Host Hotels & Resorts Inc

Host Hotel & Resort is a lodging REIT headquartered in Bethesda, MD, USA. Host specializes in luxury and upscale hotels, with 93 lodging properties and over 52,000 rooms worldwide. In 2018, Host invested over $30 million in sustainable projects that generated energy and water utility savings, and issued the lodging REIT sector's first green bond.
